CUSTOMER PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION FORM

Fisker Karma 4-door Plug-in Hybrid Sports Sedan

Effective January 12, 2009, the deposit amount will be $5,000 USD with pre-order
delivery commencing second-half of 2010. Starting MSRP will be $87,900 USD. The
Fisker Karma may be eligible for a $7,500 tax credit.

Upon dealer receipt of the pre-ordered vehicle, customers will have 48 hours to complete
all documentation to ensure delivery. After 48 hours have elapsed, the vehicle will
become available for sale to other customers.

Product specifications and delivery are subject to change without prior notice.
Fisker Automotive, Inc. reserves the right to amend, supplement or modify these terms.

We will make our best efforts that posted prices are always accurate however, we are not responsible for any typographical or other errors that may appear on the site. If the posted price for a vehicle or service is incorrect due to a typographical or other error, such as data transmission, etc., this Dealership or Pixel Motion, Inc. are only responsible for the correct price, which will be provided as soon as we are made aware of such error(s). Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information is 100% accurate with the Dealer.
